She is a graduate of the State School of Dance (SSD). Since 2013, she has collaborated with many choreographers and directors as a performer. As a choreographer, she has created her own works and has been responsible for the movement in numerous theatrical performances. She has received the ARTWORKS award for the 2020-21 period and participated in the 3rd Support Program for Artists of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.”
Her love for movement led her to discover Pilates. Its beneficial properties for dancers and other artists deeply impressed her, prompting her to integrate it into her personal exercise program. As the next step, she decided to delve further into Pilates and initiated the educational program for BASI Pilates instructors. She is interested in deepening her knowledge to offer her students a substantial change in the way they exercise and move.
She lives in Athens, works as a performer, choreographer, and Pilates instructor. She teaches individual and group sessions on apparatus and MAT, aiming to convey her love for movement to her students.
