3 CIRCLES PILATES is a premium pilates studio founded by Georgia Kissa and Kiki Poulopoulou. 3 CIRCLES PILATES aims in delivering high quality pilates classes which will have a positive effect on our students’ life and will transform their body and mind, as Joseph Pilates himself described.
At 3 CIRCLES PILATES we follow the BASI Pilates method (Body Arts and Science International®), globally known and recognized for its exceptional values and standards applied on Pilates Teacher Training Programs. Our instructors are experienced professionals, that have the passion and knowledge to provide specific courses and classes designed for your personal needs.
Our students are beginners, men, people undergoing injury rehabilitation, Pilates instructors, athletes, dancers, women during or after pregnancy and elderly persons.
3 CIRCLES PILATES is located at 39 Georgiou Sisini Street, in the Hilton Athens area (tel: +30 2107219897) on the 5th and 6th floor penthouses. The studio offers endless views to the iconic Hilton building and Lycabettus Hill, creating an atmospheric space ideal for practice. It consists of 4 private spaces equipped with BASI Systems state of the art Pilates equipment, as well as a large area for Group BASI Pilates MAT classes.
