She discovered her love for dance at a young age, starting ballet at Rallou Manou’s nursery. After years of training, she graduated as a professional dancer from the same school. She is dedicated to continuous development and has attended various dance seminars (Contact Improvisation, Trisha Brown, Forsythe repertoire, Pina Bausch).
She has choreographed movement for theatrical groups, actors, and school performances. For many years, she taught classical, contemporary dance, and improvisation to both children and adults. Exploring her interest in movement, she found the Pilates method and decided to commit to it. She began her training as a BASI Pilates instructor and successfully completed it.
With extensive teaching experience, she believes Pilates is beneficial for everyone. She teaches individual and group sessions on apparatus and MAT. Through her teaching, she aims to offer students a positive experience that enhances their quality of life.
