At 3 CIRCLES PILATES we focus on every and each one of you to create sessions adapted on your personal needs. Our instructors are fully BASI qualified to assist with individual goals ranging from weight loss, toning, pain management, core stabilization, joint mobilization.

Our clients vary from beginners, to athletes, elderly persons, dancers, women during or after pregnancy, students undergoing injury rehabilitation etc.

At 3 CIRCLES PILATES we empathize with Joseph Pilates’s teaching standards, which were based on small group tuition, to maintain the highest quality of training and offer superior benefits for our students.
