TONIA ARMARIOTI

Certified Basi Pilates Teacher

Her love for dance began at a young age! She followed the ISTD method and studied Ballet, Modern Dance Theatre, Tap Dance, Pole Dance, and Dance Therapy.

She worked as a dance teacher for children and adults. She was involved with sports teams of children, where she taught dance and movement and aimed to instill her love for discipline and awareness of movement in sports.

Believing that movement is therapeutic and its exploration leads to a deeper connection between body and mind, she discovered Pilates. She began her Pilates practice, which she continues consistently.

Thus, she decided to start the BASI Pilates teacher training program, which she completed. She believes in Pilates as a comprehensive exercise method for everyone—dancers, children, and adults—that leads you to discover the connection between body and mind and deepens your practice without limitations or injuries.

She teaches Private and Duet Equipment sessions, as well as group Mat Pilates classes. Her goal is to remain a student, so that she can continuously improve as a teacher. She strives to offer her students a complete exercise experience, that fills them with joy and well-being.
