He discovered his love for the water element at an early stage of his life, at the age of 5. Later, he started practicing in water polo as an athlete, took part in Championships and received several distinctions.
In 2015 he graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sports Science of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a specialty in water polo.
Immediately after, in 2016, he started his Pilates journey by participating in the BASI Pilates teacher training program, which he successfully completed.
He is interested in constantly learning and evolving sharing the values and the principals of BASI Pilates. He enriches his knowledge in Pilates through seminars, workshops and his personal practice.
He has worked with sports teams, gyms and Pilates studios, as a teacher and a coach.
He believes that Pilates is for everyone and that it offers incredible results and benefits, regardless of their athletic background and fitness level. He has worked with athletes and students who had a history of injuries and needed rehabilitation. He teaches Privates, Duets and Group BASI Pilates MAT classes.
He has a passion for athletics, the exploration of human’s body movement, and for well-being.
