Marios has graduated from Democritus University of Thrace in 2018. He holds a degree in Physical Education and a Thesis in Rehabilitation of Injuries and Musculoskeletal disorders.
His experience with Pilates started right after his graduation by completing the AF educational teacher training program for Pilates and Props.
His great enthusiasm for Pilates is leading him to a next step. He continues with the BASI Pilates Teachers Training Program, which has successfully completed.
Since then, has is devoted to only teaching Pilates. He has seen the great benefits of Pilates with his students, in the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries and in the safe training of women during pregnancy and right after.
He teaches Private and Group classes and aims to help his students realize the benefits of Pilates, so that they will integrate it to their daily routine.
