From her early years she was interested in many kinds of physical activity. After experiencing some of them she discovered that she is fascinated by the forms of exercise that combines a connection od mins body and soul and are leading to well-being.
Only when she discovered Pilates, she felt that she had reached her personal destination.
After years of continuous practice, she decided to move forward to her next step and started the BASI Teacher Training Program in 2018, which she successfully completed
She is passionate about teaching and she stays updated in knowledge through seminars and through relentless personal practice of BASI Pilates.
She teaches Private sessions and Group classes with enthusiasm and tranquility
She aims to offer to every student a better way of life.
She has studied Pedagogy and has an experience in Administration.
