This class encompasses the distinct BASI flow and precision in an intimate group setting. From beginners to the skilled Pilates practitioner this class is guaranteed to leave you feeling centered both physically and mentally.
During sessions, we may use pilates props such as: foam rollers, TheraBand, baby arc, magic circles, balls, etc.
